We are pleased to announce that Agent Evolution has been acquired by IDX Broker, a leading provider of real estate search applications.
Over the past several years, IDX Broker has been our preferred vendor for IDX services. We liked their service so much that we introduced an entire line of themes optimized for it, our Turn Key themes.
As we worked together to benefit our mutual customers, we found that our company cultures were very similar. Eventually, it became quite evident that we could accomplish more joining forces than continuing separately.
Looking Forward
With this acquisition, we will continue to do business under the Agent Evolution brand.
We will continue to create the best WordPress themes for real estate, regardless of whether you are an IDX Broker subscriber or not.
The exciting changes will come with future developments. Starting next week with the release of our new Equity framework. Equity will change the way real estate websites are built on WordPress.
For the 40% of IDX Broker subscribers already on WordPress and their 650+ developer partners, the launch of Equity and planned future enhancements will provide a huge competitive advantage.
This commitment by IDX Broker to the WordPress platform is unprecedented. We are very excited to be a part of that.
