Installing Soliloquy

Soliloquy is included in the theme zip file you downloaded. Unzip the theme zip file to your computer and open the /plugins/ folder. There you will see two files:

plugins folder

• Soliloquy.zip Soliloquy zip file
• soliloquy-license.txt Soliloquy license key

Install Soliloquy

1. Visit the Plugins > Add New page in your Dashboard
2. Click the “Upload” link at the top
3. Select the Soliloquy.zip from the plugins folder

and click “Install Now”

4. Once installed click “Activate” link

Entering License Key

1. Open the soliloquy–license.txt file in the plugins folder
2. Copy the license key to your clipboard
3. Visit the Soliloquy > Settings page in your Dashboard
4. Paste the license key into the section labeled “Soliloquy License Key” and click the “Verify Key” button

Configuring Soliloquy

1. Visit the Soliloquy > Add New page in your Dashboard
2. Give your slider an name such as “Homepage Slider”
3. Click the “Select Images” button and upload images for your slider.
4. Click on the “Config” tab at the top of the page
5. For “Slider Dimensions”, select “Full Width” from the drop-down.
6. Also, enter 1920 x 575 for width and height (adjust as needed)
7. For “Slider Gutter”, enter “0”
8. Click the blue “Publish” button on the right
9. Visit the Appearance > Widgets page and drag the Soliloquy widget into the Slider widget area.
10. Select the slider you created from the drop-down list in the widget and Save
